WHO YOU ARE CONTRACTING WITH

CraftWorks Reloaded is operated by Nicolas Anthony Kollodge-Kruse, a sole proprietor trading as CraftWorks Reloaded ("we", "us", "our"). These Terms & Conditions form the agreement between you and Nicolas Anthony Kollodge-Kruse for your use of the CraftWorks Reloaded Minecraft server, this website, the forums, the Hopper feed and any rank or cosmetic purchase (together, the "Service"). CraftWorks Reloaded is an independent community server. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Mojang Studios or Microsoft.

ACCEPTANCE

By creating an account, joining the Minecraft server, posting on the site or buying a rank, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the Service. Continued use after we update these Terms means you accept the updated version.

ELIGIBILITY AND YOUR ACCOUNT

• You must be of legal age to enter a contract in your country, or have permission from a parent or guardian.
• If you register on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind it.
• You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for everything that happens under your account.
• You must give accurate registration information and keep it up to date.

WHAT WE PROVIDE

The Service is access to a multiplayer Minecraft server (survival, creative plots, PvP and related worlds) plus a companion website with member profiles, forums, a community feed and optional rank purchases. Ranks unlock in-game and on-site perks described on the Ranks page. Ranks are a licence to use in-game features while the Service operates; they are not property, currency or an investment, and they cannot be resold or transferred.

ACCEPTABLE USE

You must not:

• Use the Service for anything unlawful, or to harass, threaten or abuse other players.
• Commit fraud, spam, phishing or chargeback abuse.
• Infringe anyone's intellectual property, including uploading builds, images or content you do not have the rights to.
• Interfere with the security or integrity of the Service — no malware, exploits, probing, denial-of-service, unauthorised scraping or automated access.
• Use cheats, hacked clients, duplication glitches or bots to gain an unfair advantage.
• Reverse engineer, resell, redistribute or circumvent technical limits of the Service.
• Post content that is illegal, hateful, sexually explicit or otherwise harmful to the community.

PvP worlds permit in-game griefing, stealing and raiding as a game mechanic. That permission applies only inside those designated worlds and never excuses real-world harassment or any of the conduct above.

YOUR CONTENT

You keep ownership of the posts, screenshots and builds you share. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, display and process that content solely so we can run the Service. You are responsible for having the rights to everything you upload. If you believe content on the Service infringes your rights, email craftworksmc.contact@gmail.com with details and we will review and remove infringing material; accounts that repeatedly infringe will be terminated.

We may remove, restrict or moderate any content, and suspend accounts, where we reasonably believe these Terms have been broken.

OUR INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

We retain all rights in the Service, including our server configuration, custom plugins, website software, branding, logos and documentation. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service and any rank you hold, for personal, non-commercial play.

PAYMENTS, BILLING AND REFUNDS

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Checkout Buyer Terms. Our own refund window is set out in our Refund Policy. Rank purchases are one-time payments, not subscriptions; prices are shown at checkout and applicable taxes are calculated and collected by Paddle.

SERVICE AVAILABILITY

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free. Servers may go down for maintenance, updates, world resets or reasons outside our control. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION

We may suspend or terminate your access, with or without notice, where:

• You materially breach these Terms or our acceptable use rules.
• A payment fails, is reversed or is subject to a chargeback.
• We identify a security, fraud or safety risk.
• You repeatedly or seriously violate community rules.

You may stop using the Service at any time and ask us to delete your account by emailing craftworksmc.contact@gmail.com. On termination your access and any rank perks end; we may delete your account data in line with our Privacy Notice.

LIABILITY

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or special losses, including lost profits, lost data, lost in-game items or loss of goodwill. Our total aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your content, your unlawful use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms.

CHANGES, ASSIGNMENT AND GOVERNING LAW

We may update these Terms as the Service evolves; the "last updated" date above will change. You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our consent; we may assign ours in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of the Service. Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, United States, and the courts located there have jurisdiction over any dispute, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.
