WHO WE ARE

Nicolas Anthony Kollodge-Kruse, a sole proprietor trading as CraftWorks Reloaded, is the data controller for the personal data described here. That means we decide why and how your data is used. Contact us at craftworksmc.contact@gmail.com.

WHAT WE COLLECT AND WHY

• Account details (email address, password hash, display name) — to create and secure your account. Legal basis: performance of our contract with you.
• Profile content (avatar image, bio, forum label) — to show your profile to other members. Legal basis: contract performance.
• Minecraft account data (username, UUID, in-game rank, link codes) — to link your website account to your in-game character and apply rank perks. Legal basis: contract performance.
• Content you post (threads, replies, Hopper posts, comments, uploaded images, votes) — to run the community features. Legal basis: contract performance.
• Server and gameplay data (connection times, player counts, in-game activity used for progression) — to operate the server and award earned ranks. Legal basis: legitimate interests in running the Service.
• Technical data (IP address, device and browser information, log and error data) — for security, abuse prevention and troubleshooting. Legal basis: legitimate interests in keeping the Service safe.
• Support messages you send us — to answer your questions. Legal basis: legitimate interests, or contract performance.
• Purchase records (which rank was granted, order reference) — to deliver what you bought and prevent duplicate grants. Legal basis: contract performance and legal obligation.

Card numbers and billing details are collected and handled directly by Paddle, not by us. We never see or store your payment card data.

WHO WE SHARE DATA WITH

• Service providers and subprocessors — hosting, database, storage and error monitoring providers that run the website and game server on our behalf.
• Paddle — our Merchant of Record, for the sale of ranks, payment processing, tax compliance, invoicing and refunds.
• Professional advisers — legal and accounting advisers where genuinely needed.
• Authorities — where we are required to disclose data by law, or to protect the rights and safety of our community.

We do not sell your personal data.

INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS

We operate from the United States and our providers may process data in the United States and other countries. Where data is transferred out of the UK or EEA, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision.

HOW LONG WE KEEP IT

We keep account and profile data for as long as your account exists. Public posts may remain visible after an account is deleted, shown as removed or anonymised. Technical and security logs are kept for a short period, typically up to 12 months. Purchase records are kept as long as tax and accounting law requires. When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it.

YOUR RIGHTS

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• Access a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Delete your account and data.
• Restrict or object to certain processing, including processing based on legitimate interests.
• Receive your data in a portable format.
• Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
• Complain to your local data protection authority.

SECURITY

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit, hashed passwords, row-level access controls on our database and restricted administrative access. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to keep risks low and will notify you of a breach where the law requires.

COOKIES AND LOCAL STORAGE

We use strictly necessary cookies and browser storage to keep you signed in and to keep the site secure. We do not use advertising cookies. Our checkout provider, Paddle, may set cookies needed to process a payment. You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings, but you will not be able to stay signed in.

CHILDREN

The Service is intended for players who meet the minimum age required in their country to consent to online services. If you believe a child has given us personal data without appropriate consent, contact us and we will delete it.
