30-DAY MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE

CraftWorks Reloaded, operated by Nicolas Anthony Kollodge-Kruse, offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on every rank purchase. If you are not satisfied, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date and we will approve it.

HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request one:

• Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you paid with, or
• Email us at craftworksmc.contact@gmail.com with your order reference and we will arrange it with Paddle for you.

Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank or PayPal, and usually take 3–10 business days.

WHAT HAPPENS TO YOUR RANK

When a purchase is refunded, the perks bought with it may be removed from your in-game and website account. Free ranks you earned through play — such as Member, Member+ and Playtester — are never affected by a refund.
